Dog Walking

Your dog is in safe hands with The Pet Hand! Located in Studley we are surrounded by beautiful countryside, woodland, parks, and the Heart of England Forest so there are plenty of lovely walks for your dog to enjoy. No dog is the same, so whether your dog takes comfort in walking in the same location, or requires variety for stimulation, I will do my best to tailor for your dogs needs.

Dog Walking Services

• Fully insured.
• A free meet and greet session for all new customers to ensure yourself and your dog are happy with the service provided and to discuss your pet’s needs.
• On pick-up your dog will be safely restrained in the back of our SUV using bungee leads attached to specially designed hooks. Please note for safety purposes these must be attached to a harness. Alternatively crates are provided.
• Your dogs will be walked for the full 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
• Treats will be supplied during the walk if permitted.
• I will always ensure your pooch is clean before they return home.
• Lots of love and fuss on arrival and when your pooch is returned home.

Additional Services

• Updates with pictures and videos sent directly to you at the end of each walk (unless you state otherwise).
• Option to wear a go-pro on walks so you can ensure your dog had an enjoyable, and safe walk.
• Option for you to choose the walk if you have a location you know your pooch loves, whether its woodlands, by the river, or in fields. Please note these must be in my local area or an additional fuel charge will apply.
• Bespoke services for individual dogs.
• Having owned rescues, I am aware of situations that may make your dog anxious and will ensure they feel relaxed and comfortable.
• If your dog is unable to be let off the lead but you feel they may enjoy a free run, dependant on availability I will book a secure field. Please note an additional charge may apply.

Your dog’s safety and welfare are always my main priority and each pooch will be treated just like my own. I will continuously monitor your dog and will always report ASAP on any concerns or incidents that may occur. Please note prior to walking you will need to have read, understood, and signed the Terms and Conditions.

My Favourite Walks

The Heart of England Forest walks such as Morgrove Coppice and Haydon Way. It is so nice to see all the wildlife and I love that both offer multiple routes including short and long walks.

Wirehill and Rough Hill woods Trails. Particularly on those slightly warmer days, the shade is perfect for keeping dogs a bit cooler.

Studley to Sambourne. There is plenty of lovely fields to walk through and during the summer there is the additional benefit of walking through the purple field. This is a quieter walk for dogs that are reactive to other dogs.

Studley Church and Studley Castle. Beautiful countryside and riverside walks.
